Senior Digital Producer

Brooklyn Digital Foundry is a brand, web, and content agency that helps clients change how they use digital platforms and how they engage their audiences. We’re a small, skilled crew making a big impact for great clients.

We’re looking for an emerging or established Senior Digital Producer eager to dive into tightly knit, integrated teams with strategists, designers, developers, and 3D artists. Our producers listen carefully to our clients to make sure our solutions meet their needs. They also work closely with our own team to communicate how and why our ideas will work, and to make sure their teams are prepared to make great work. In other words, they make things happen.

You will work on a variety of projects. Your focus will predominantly be complex interactive projects, but you may also manage projects that include brand strategy, identity design, and videos that include live-action shoots and CG produced by our in-house team. You will be responsible for leading project teams, building relationships with our clients, and delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Guide multiple projects from kick-off to launch
  • Lead project teams comprised of strategists, designers, developers, and CG artists
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Forecast and manage our team’s time allocation per project
  • Build strong relationships with clients, learning to anticipate their needs within and beyond existing scope
  • Present our work, explain our decisions, and answer client questions
  • Advocate for our clients to our colleagues, and for our colleagues to our clients
  • Make work that excites you as you make it

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in an interactive agency or experience design setting
  • Knowledge of best practices, opportunities, and constraints for website projects
  • Ability to clearly present ideas and work, both orally and in writing
  • Attention to detail, passion for organization, and commitment to following through
  • Curiosity, the desire to always learn, and motivation to find opportunities in new challenges
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, ideally including strategists, designers, and developers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Please submit a resume and cover letter to careers@brooklynfoundry.com. Please feel free to share links to a portfolio or other materials, but they are not required. Brooklyn Digital Foundry is an equal opportunity employer and diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.

You must have authorization to work in the United States, and live in the greater New York City area or be willing to move here. We look forward to hearing from you!
