Brooklyn Digital Foundry is a brand, web, and content agency that helps clients change how they use digital platforms and how they engage their audiences. We’re a small, skilled crew making a big impact for great clients.
We’re looking for designers eager to dive into tightly knit, integrated teams with producers, strategists, and developers. Together, you’ll balance the needs of clients and users to create visually-dynamic and user-centered interactive experiences.
Interns at Brooklyn Digital Foundry handle a host of responsibilities and their days are, like the rest of us, defined by the sheer variety of work types. Our interns regularly work on many projects for clients in dramatically varied fields, and see projects at every stage of the process. They are given a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
Ours is a remote studio. Internships are a minimum duration 4 months, can accommodate school-year schedules, and positions are paid. We’re open to longer term internships as well, so please let us know your availability. Internship at Brooklyn Digital Foundry is a great introduction to the field of interactive design, and a great opportunity to introduce yourself to the studio.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of interactive design education including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Portfolio of thoughtful, beautiful interactive design work
- An understanding of the relationship between structural and visual design
- Proven ability to produce quality work while meeting deadlines
- Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand and solve client and user pain points
- Ability and initiative to work independently; maturity to know when to seek input
- Enthusiasm for genuine collaboration with an incredibly smart, talented team
- Experience with Adobe suite and Figma are desired; bonus points for Principle, InVision
- Brand design experience is preferred, but not a requirement
