Senior User Experience Researcher & Designer

Brooklyn Digital Foundry is a mission-driven brand, web, and content agency that produces effective, beautiful solutions for our clients’ most critical challenges. In only the past year, we’ve launched a virtual ed-tech incubator, breathed life into an electric vehicle startup, helped children with special needs get the therapy they deserve, and won an inaugural Anthem Award for our work on the climate crisis.

Our success is your opportunity. We’re a rapidly growing studio, and we need experienced talent to help us deliver great results for amazing clients. So take a moment and see if one of these sounds like you:

  • A: A truly senior-level hybrid researcher/designer capable of working autonomously on complex engagements. You know how to build a strategic case from the ground up, work iteratively and collaboratively through IA and UX, and validate your work at every step. You’re comfortable making prototypes, workshopping technical solutions, and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • B: An experienced candidate with many of the skills from option A, looking to take the next step in their career.

Our interviews are designed to ensure we don’t waste our time or yours. We’ll ask as many questions about who you are as we do about what you can do, but we’ve got to start somewhere. The first question in our interview process will focus on the two roles above, so please be prepared to speak to which camp you’re in and what makes you a good fit for our team.

Below are additional details – responsibilities, qualifications, benefits. But above all, it’s important to state clearly that the Foundry is a diverse workplace where all are welcome. We encourage candidates of every race, culture, belief, and orientation to apply.

We look forward to hearing from you.
