We collaborated with the trail-blazing aid organization GiveDirectly to showcase their innovative direct-to-recipient funding model. Our team designed a no-frills aesthetic to convey their focus on maximizing the percentage of donated funds delivered to recipients, and we created a website that highlights their commitment to radical transparency.

To present GiveDirectly's transparency, we integrated live data feeds to produce up-to-the-moment infographics on everything from field-office performance to recipient comprehension. Even when the results aren't flattering, the organization shares outcomes.

Working closely with the GiveDirectly team, we identified an opportunity to dramatically boost online giving. We streamlined the donation form through a highly iterative, test-driven process to ensure optimal flow. The entire site invites visitors to get informed, understand impact, and join in reshaping effective, international giving.

We didn't stop at making the content super-accessible. Working closely with the GiveDirectly team to understand their audience, we shaped and streamlined the donation form through a highly iterative, test-driven process to ensure optimal flow. Since the November 2014 launch, the site has received over $1,000,000 in donations, at nearly 5x the median online revenue for the Disaster & International Relief nonprofit vertical.
